Composed of 3 complementary teams and involving 90 people, the Service department works hand in hand with its distribution network to permanently ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical support
The Technical Support unit is organised into two main centres. Each centre is dedicated to one of our two product categories: products for the general consumer and products for industry.
Spare parts
Currently more than 45,000 parts are stocked, from full diesel engines to filters, control panels and electrical components.
Training
The role of SDMO’s training department is to pass on to our distributors and customers the knowledge needed to use and maintain our generating sets.
